I’ve forgotten my email but not received a reset email. What should I do?

Sometimes emails can take a few minutes to come through. If after 30 minutes you still have not received your email, please double check your email spam folder. The email will have the subject line ‘PDS Plus - Account Reset’ and the sender is [email protected].

My temporary password is not being recognized. What should I do?

If you have completed the ‘forgot your password’ process more than once you will receive multiple temporary password emails. Please allow up to 30 minutes for your password reset to come through and always ensure you use the most recent email information. I still cannot register/login. What should I do?
